Frequently asked questions
Can we rent sheets and towels?
Yes, you can add this option when you make your online reservation.
If you have already made your reservation, simply send us an email and we will add it to your reservation.
Single-person bedding set = €14
Double-person bedding set = €18
Bathroom towel set (1 bath towel + 1 small towel) = €10
Are visitors allowed on the campground?
To ensure everyone’s safety, comply with our insurance requirements, and maintain a peaceful atmosphere at the campground, we do not allow visitors on our campground. Thank you for your understanding.
What are the departure procedures?
For campsites, you must check out of the campground by 12:00 p.m.
For mobile homes or furnished tents, we will come to your unit between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to ensure that nothing is missing from the unit.
PLEASE NOTE: You must make an appointment in advance at the front desk.
Is it possible to arrive outside of the front desk's hours of operation?
Yes, late check-ins are still possible; please contact the front desk to find out the details: 04 76 37 04 03
Is it possible to check out late?
Late check-out is available only during the off-season, subject to availability; please check with the front desk on the morning of your departure .
This option allows you to check out of your accommodation or campsite by 12:00 p.m. at the latest and continue to use the campground’s facilities until 5:00 p.m.
This service is available for €5 per person, payable at the front desk.
Are swim shorts allowed at the pool?
No, for reasons of hygiene and water quality, and to limit water consumption, swim shorts are not permitted in the campground’s swimming pools.
We also do not allow the wearing of burkinis.
Are pets allowed on the campsite?
Pets are welcome at the campground only on the campsites.
They are not permitted in rental accommodations to ensure the comfort and hygiene of all our guests.
Can we bring two vehicles for our stay?
For each stay, one vehicle is included in the rate. If you arrive with an additional vehicle, you will be charged a supplement of €4 per night.
Whether the additional vehicle is parked in front of your accommodation, on your campsite, or in one of our parking lots, the supplement will apply.
Are there any noise restrictions?
Yes, we ask for complete silence in the evening after 11:00 p.m., out of respect for other guests.
Therefore, please don’t be surprised or offended if you are asked to speak quietly.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campground?
Yes, we have Wi-Fi at the campground. We offer a 30-minute session every 6 hours in the restaurant or under the barn.
If you’d like to use Wi-Fi at your rental unit or campsite, there is a charge.
When do we need to pay the balance for our stay?
Full payment for your stay must be made no later than 30 days before your arrival.
If the balance has not yet been paid, you will receive a reminder email asking you to complete your payment.
Do you offer entertainment?
Yes, we offer activities for children and adults during July and August.
Children ages 3 to 12 can enjoy our kids’ club, where a variety of fun and creative activities are offered throughout the week.
On the schedule: arts and crafts, group games, Gelly Ball, pony rides, foam parties, bingo, water aerobics, and many other activities for the whole family.
Do you have any washing machines?
A laundry facility is available in the main restroom area.
There you will find washing machines and dryers. Tokens for washing and drying, as well as laundry detergent, are available for purchase at the front desk.
An iron is also available at the front desk upon request.
Is there a grocery store on the campground?
Our grocery store is located in the reception building. You’ll find all your daily essentials there.
Fresh bread and pastries are available every morning by special order.
Can we go swimming in the river?
Yes, swimming is allowed in the river. Access is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the campground.
This way, you can enjoy a relaxing moment in a natural setting, in complete tranquility.
Do you accept groups?
We are at a quiet campground, ideal for couples and families looking for a peaceful, family-friendly environment. There is a strict quiet hours policy starting at 11:00 p.m.
We are therefore not a campground suited for groups of adults on vacation. We strongly advise against group reservations for adults in July and August, as during this time you will be surrounded by families with children. We will only accept reservations for groups of adults if you agree to our quiet hours policy and understand that you must be respectful of your neighbors.
Please note that we do not allow bachelor and bachelorette parties on the campground, and we make no exceptions to this rule.
For families traveling in groups, we limit the number of accommodations or campsites to three for the same reasons. We ask that everyone follow the rules and observe the quiet hours at night. At the end of your stay, please return the dishes to their respective places.
