While Savoie is renowned for its landscapes, our campground is also a prime destination for exploring some of France’s most beautiful cities, including Annecy—with its canals and flower-filled balconies—and, above all, Lyon, a majestic city overlooking the Rhône in the Rhône-Alpes region. And food lovers won’t be disappointed, as the region is one of the most gastronomic around, offering wines from the Rhône Valley and the Chartreuse monastery liqueur, fish from the Savoyard lakes, and Lyon-style charcuterie. The Savoie Mont Blanc region also offers the chance to stay in a mountain chalet, enjoy the slopes at one of the ski resorts, go mountain biking, and much more!
