How to Get the Most Out of the Attraction
Every year, many families visit Walibi Rhône-Alpes to try out its wide variety of attractions. This can lead to long lines in front of the Monorail. To avoid wasting time waiting in line and get on the ride quickly:
- Usethe park’s mobile app to check the wait times for each attraction. You can then plan your visit based on this information.
- Visit the park during the off-season (outside of school vacation periods) and outside of peak hours—either right when it opens or in the evening, before it closes. Queues are usually shorter at these times of day.
- Walibi Rhône-Alpes offers you the chance to skip the lines thanks to the FastPass system. This allows you to access the Monorail and other attractions without waiting. Please note that this is a paid service available for purchase at the park entrance (not available online).
The Monorail is subject to certain accessibility restrictions:
Even if it rains, nothing will stop you from enjoying Walibi Rhône-Alpes and all its attractions, including the Monorail. However, for safety reasons, it closes during thunderstorms, high winds, or heavy rain.
Children taller than 120 cm may ride the attraction on their own. However, children between 50 and 120 cm in height must be accompanied by an adult. And children shorter than 50 cm are not allowed to board the Monorail.
